1. Do I need to pay the rink entry fee?
Yes. Our class prices do not include rink entry. This must be paid directly to the rink at each session.

2. What class packages do you offer?

• Private classes: 350 AED / hour (discounted packages of 10 or 20 hours available)

• Semi-private and group classes are also available

3. Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Registered skaters receive 20% off private lessons focused on program work and choreography.

4. Are refunds available?
Refunds are not allowed unless the skater is unable to attend for a long period due to medical reasons, in which case a valid medical note must be provided. For this reason Refunds for lessons and packages will only be issued if a cancellation is made before the start of the package and will incur a 10% processing fee.

Classes & Training

5. Do you offer trial classes?
Yes. Trial sessions cost 120 AED, with a 60 AED discount.

6. How many students are in a group class?
Maximum of 6 skaters per class to ensure effective training.

7. Do you teach adults as well as kids?
Yes. While most skaters are children, we welcome adult beginners and improvers.

8. How long are the classes?
Each class lasts 1 hour. Private and semi-private lessons can also be booked for 30 minutes.

9. What should my child wear to class?
Comfortable sportswear, gloves, and socks are required. Protective gear may be suggested for younger skaters.

10. Do you provide skates?
The rink provides rental skates, or skaters may bring their own.

11. What happens if I cancel a class?
You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be fully charged.

12. What if my child is late to class?
They may still join, but class time will not be extended to avoid affecting the next session.

13. Where are your classes held?
We operate at two locations:

• Dubai Mall Ice Rink

• Mirdif Sports Society Ice Rink

14. How do I register for classes?
Contact us directly through our website or WhatsApp to book and confirm.

15. Will my child get a club jacket?
Yes. Registered skaters receive one Desert Dream club jacket.
If a skater discontinues training with our club coaches, the jacket must be returned in sensible condition.

16. When is seasonal club registration, and what are the benefits?
Skaters register for the seasonal club between August and July. Seasonal registration includes:

• Access to program creation and editing services

• One program per season at no extra cost

• Discounted private lessons

17. Are competition coaching or extra services included?
Coaching attendance for competitions and other extra services are not included in regular class packages. These are separate services, and the cost is determined and summed up by management.
