1. Cancellations:

   • Must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the full session being charged. If a class is canceled by the club, a replacement session will be provided.​

2. Attendance:

   • Late arrivals can join, but no class time will be extended.

   • Classes must be used within the following timeframes:

     • 1 Class: 7 days

     • 10-Hour Package: 60 days

     • 20-Hour Package: 75 days

   • Unused sessions after the specified timeframe will be forfeited.

   • Session Start and End: Bookings must start at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will still finish at the original ending time to avoid clashing with other scheduled sessions. No extensions will be provided.​

3. Rink Fees:

   • Class prices do not include rink entry fees. These must be paid directly to the rink at each session.​

4. Exclusive Training:

   • Skaters must train only with Desert Dream Skating Club coaches. External coaches are not allowed unless approved by the club.​

5. Behavior:

   • Respectful behavior is expected. Disruptive conduct may result in dismissal without a refund. Protective gear may be required for younger skaters at the coach’s discretion.​

6. Injuries:

   • Inform the coach of any injuries before class. If injured during a session, stop immediately and notify the coach. A doctor’s clearance may be required to resume.​

7. Refunds:

   • No refunds are provided unless for long-term medical reasons with proper documentation. A 10% fee applies for cancellations before the package starts. No refunds for unused sessions within the package timeframe.

8. Registration:

   • Skaters must register with Desert Dream Skating Club to access full benefits, including the club jacket. Unregistered skaters can still take classes but will not receive the club jacket. Additionally, unregistered skaters will not be eligible for the 20% discount on private lessons focused on program work and creation.

9. Commitment:

   • All skaters, registered or unregistered, must commit to training exclusively with Desert Dream Skating Club until their package or classes are completed.
